GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE
-The General Assembly is Composed of all PAOSMI member’s networks.
-Governing Board Are eminent and reputable leaders drawn from chairs of PAOMI member’s Networks, AUC, RECs Reps, Strategic development partners and a few other strategic persons, headed by the Chairman with an alternate Chair person.
-The Continental Executive Council (CEC) is a crucial organ of the PAOSMI, serving as the association’s executive arm and driving force for regional integration and industrial development across Africa, headed by the Director General/CEO with other elected representatives supported by the Secretariat.
-Technical Advisory Group/Commissions This is the think tank of PAOSMI. They are drawn from various institutions that have strong technical expertise in the sector.
-PAOSMI Regional Boards -PAOSMI shall establish Regional Boards with support from the RECs. Each Region shall have an inclusive PAOSMI Regional board comprising of value chain leaders represented at regional level. Headed by the Regional Director.
-Country Secretariat is Chaired by National Contact Point (NCP)who is either the Head of the country’s National Organization of Small and Medium Scale Industries or from the office of the Hon. minister responsible for Industries and Businesses with a Country Director to oversee day to day activities.
